Strategically located in the heart of the port area and spanning 85,000 m², Abidjan Offshore is a full-service facility providing comprehensive support for offshore operations.
Initiated in 2021 in response to the rapid growth of Côte d’Ivoire’s oil and gas sector and the Government’s adoption of the Local Content Law for petroleum and gas activities in March 2021, the Abidjan Offshore project entered a new phase in 2022 with discussions between Tassec Investment Holdings Africa (the parent company) and the Port Autonome d’Abidjan (PAA). The objective was to secure a waterfront site with direct quay access for the development of an offshore logistics base covering approximately 85,000 m².
In May 2022, Tassec was awarded the site allocation, and on September 19th 2022, the site was officially handed over, with the corresponding certificate of allocation issued by the Port Authority.
In June 2025, Abidjan Offshore started its storage and technical support operations by welcoming the U.S.-based company TIGER to its logistics base, supporting the relaunch of the company’s operations in Côte d’Ivoire.
Founded in 2022, Abidjan Offshore is an Ivorian company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Aqua Holding, a joint venture established by Tassec Investment Holdings Africa (Tassec) and Alla Holding.
